Wonderful tips! I have a friend that said “lower your standards” which ties in with “letting go”. Some things will have to give that’s just the way it is and the sooner we embrace the better ❤️ My kids are slightly older but these tips are still very useful ❤️

Definitely - I almost felt I didn't wanna say this because it can be taken in the wrong way but it can be such a useful tool for those hard day's 💞
