hi ! thank you so much for your video! I would like to know if it also works for a closed/ joined foundation chain ? thank you again 🌸
@bellacococrochet2 жыл бұрын
You're welcome 😊 In order to be able to do this, your foundation chain would need to be flat, i.e. not joined in the round. If you find you have the wrong number of chains in this case, you would need to undo the slip stitch and then adjust it.

Hello. Thank you for this really helpful video. Would you be able to help me with this: what if in a pattern with bobbles where I've added some hdc in between bobbles and I notice that I've added an additional bobble and realise it too late as I've already worked on a lot of rows like in a sweater!! Is there a way to undo the bobble without ripping it all out and redoing it? Do let me know. Waiting for an early reply
@bellacococrochet Жыл бұрын
You’re welcome 😊 I don’t think I would be tempted to try and undo one bobble as this would risk all of your hard work coming undone. As bobbles are worked on the wrong side (so that they push out onto the correct side of the work) could you try and poke it through so that it shows on the inside instead?
@vrindapratap Жыл бұрын
@@bellacococrochet that's a very good idea. It makes so much sense. Thanks so much for your prompt reply. I will definitely try that. Best regards...

I’m here because I have just frogged a foundation chain FOUR times as I can’t seem to get the count right.
@bellacococrochet Жыл бұрын
I think the foundation chain can be the trickiest part of crocheting! Hopefully with this tutorial you’ve found it easy to add or take away some chains to give you the correct number 😊
@samwinchester5260 Жыл бұрын
What happens when you notice it and your like five rows deep 😅😅😅 any help would be appreciated please
@bellacococrochet Жыл бұрын
As you've already worked five rows I'll assume that you have too many chain stitches, in which case you can unpick those in exactly the same way as shown 😊 Unfortunately if you're too short of stitches then I think you'll have to frog back to row one 🙈
