Hi I am appreciating your information, been watching your other videos too. Thanks it's very helpful. I'm wondering if you use the Redken Shades EQ cover plus demi to cover grey (on your own hair and your customers)? Also to transition someone who has permanent color to cover grey over to using a demi what is the best way? Even though I've been doing hair since the 80s I've have been away from working in a salon for a while and never had good education in cosmetology school for doing hair color as you have mentioned in your videos. I am too afraid to go to a salon right now, so I'm trying to learn how to take care of myself.

Do I use 10 or 20 volume with a Demi permanent color? I took your simplifying formulation basics class and was not clear on that gray cover.

Hi Jenni I always use the manufacturer dedicated developer with my demi color so I would not use 10 or 20 vol I use the Redken processing lotion which is a 6 volume
