Huh. Why, "Huh?" Well, when I saw the intro graphic, I saw this was gonna come down to Parallax, but your setup stages were different from what I'd have done. I'd have set up the fractal in it's own comp, dragged it into the same comp with the text, hidden my texture layer, dropped Parallax directly on the Text and set the Parallax source to the Texture layer. Does mean I'd have to make the Text and Texture both 3D planes so they stayed lined up. You'd get the same look in the end, so just call it an occasional reminder that one can get the same look, but there might be different ways to set up an identical outcome. Neither workflow is "better," we just sometimes organize our projects in different ways. You save the step of having to make both layers 3D to lock together, but end up with one extra comp shot to avoid that step... So, "Huh."

That doesn't ring a bell. The only thing I can think of is the Burning Paper Effect... kzbin.info/www/bejne/gGPRhaOGibmpoJIsi=gpI4nxG5xghtsjv4

@@A21-EDITS21 That's interesting... It doesn't ring a bell. Do you know what the name of the video is?

I put together 4 clips from GoPro H8 (2.7k/60fps) - and exported them without any change as a one clip of 9 minutes, using the "GoPro CineForm RGB 12-bit with Alpha (MOV)" preset. The 4 files were approx. 4GB, the resulting MOV file is 151GB (!??!?!?), extraction took 1,5 hours (!!!) and I cannot play it back on Windows with any of the players (Multimedia Player, Windows Player, VLC) What do I do wrong??? :(

You've used a preset that is of the highest quality and lossless (meaning there is no compression to make it smaller). Given that your original footage is as high quality as it is, there isn't any room for streamlining. Try rendering it again using the GoPro CineForm YUV 10-bit MOV preset. That should save a lot. Also just for kicks, render it using the Vimeo 1080p HD preset. On that MP4 version, you might even think about forcing the render to 24 FPS to see if it still looks good. Let me know how it goes!

Hi @@HitfilmSensei Sure I know it is higher quality / no compression - still I am surprised by the fact that it went from 4GB clips to 151GB file - 40 times bigger. My need was to put few clips togeher without any editing, kind of full archive - like "glue" 4 clips into one, having approx. same size/same duration/same source FPS, from that POV any other preset with compression will not work for me Anyway thanks for suggestions ;)

Sorry I haven't replied to you. For some reason, KZbin blocked your last comment, and I just found it in the "Held for Review" section. I hope you get it figured out!
