So, "we" are reluctant to do the required legwork to identify our best customers, to profile them, and to develop relevant content for them . Marketing is virtually non-existent and have not been able to generate leads for more than 12 months and they are "strapped" for resources. Management is reluctant to accept the reality yet expects results - which, unsurprisingly, we have been struggling to achieve. So, how would you deal with this?

Can I ask, what makes you/the company reluctant to identify the best customers and develop content for them? What marketing resources do you have? What makes management think they can achieve results on such low numbers? I am happy to arrange a free/no obligation chat so that we can talk about the situation you are in and I can suggest a few ideas. My gut feel is for you to identify where you have had your best amount of success and then focus in on customers similar to this. Can you share more about what it is that you sell and to whom? My biggest question to you is 'What makes you want to stay in this role when the management don't seem to want to support you'? I am intrigued and keen to help and support you
