I have had so much trouble trying to read which stitch was next until I saw this. I quit a project using the post stitches (which I l love) because I was unsure of myself. After seeing your video I can’t wait to get back to it.

That would look lovely as a cowl, with lil buttons to fasten or decorate the up/downy sections.. (I've done that stitch, but only by accident when I was learning how to adjust height of stitches 😅)

Hi Shirley, I can’t remember off the top of my head - I am sorry(brain still in moving house zone.🫣). Use whichever hook size is recommended on your chosen yarn though. I hope that helps.😃
