This is quite easily adapted for DC, SC & TRC...the standing stitches leave a bump & I much prefer this one. Plus it hides nicely for when you wish to do an invisible join/slip stitch at the end! ♥️

Thank you! For hdc I actually prefer the look of a tall ch-1, but if you do want to do it, it's the same as the dc but you pull through all the loops at once like a regular hdc!

Yes! If you want the next round to be in a different color, this is a cleaner, less obvious way to tell where you joined the new color. :)

Sure, you could work these stitches into chains instead of a previous row of other stitches. :) Or am I misunderstanding the question?
