This is a lovely edging, most definitely going to try it, I was also wondering what was the main body of the stitches used please. 😊
@naztazia5 ай бұрын
Thanks! It's a modified single crochet 2 together stitch that is made in the previous stitch's space as well as the next space (therefore the stitch count doesn't decrease despite the sc2tog being a decrease stitch). I don't believe it has an official name.

I enjoy all of your videos and learn allot from you. Thank you for dedicating so much time to your channel.. I love the crochet hooks you’re using today, very pretty. Are the handles polymer clay or something else? I have both neuropathy and arthritis and currently changing over to Laurel hill wood Needles would you recommend any other needles I’m 64 hand have been crocheting since I was G8 years old. It a craft I don’t want to give up. Again thank you for your time.
@naztazia4 ай бұрын
Happy to help! I do use polymer clay handle hooks, some that I purchase, others that I make. I have an older video on how to apply polymer clay to aluminum crochet hooks and then bake it so it is secure. For friends with hand issues, I pile on the polymer clay rather thick, then bake it a bit longer so the hook becomes more comfortable to hold. Here's the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qV7CiKx9fZJ5g5Y

One question. If you were to use this stitch for a regular pattern use. Would you go in-between each stitch where u see the double lines
@naztazia4 ай бұрын
I would be completely undecided! There are multiple ways of making a second row. The hook could go under one of those diagonal loops. Or it could go under the two loops in between the diagonals. Or it could go under the back loop of the loops in between the diagonals.
