I have had frequent and severe vertigo so I tried this and it has worked for me so far. My guess is that, like everything else, it works for some and not others. I have not had any attacks since trying this solution. I drink the vinegar with very hot water and it is tolerable.

Thank you so much Sarah for sharing this great experience with us. I used apple cider vinegar for a month and still using everyday and before I even came across your video. It helped me tremendously. I had severe vertigo more than a year ago and it knocked me down for almost 2 months. I was unable to walk. Thank God I am more than 95% cure. God bless you.

I've been dealing with vertigo for almost a year. The medication that was prescribed to me made me feel worse. I'm trying this now. I'll give an update later.

I don't think you've studied this subject very much at all. I take raw apple cider vinegar every day and still got vertigo. I think you should look into this more intensely and make a new video.
@WanderFixThrive8 жыл бұрын
I have studied it very well. Like I stated in the video this is the only thing that worked for me. There are many causes such as side effects of medication that can cause verigo or ear infections to name a few. You might not be eating healthy, if you are taking it everyday to clean out the toxic and putting more toxic in your body what happens? Can't be eating junk food, sodas, fast food, high fructose corn syrup etc. or if you live somewhere or work somewhere that you are exposed to toxic air or pollution, then you might want to consider to move for your health sake. Also you may be sensitive to AC or Heater blowing directly on your ear. You have to be in tune with your body and try to figure out what your doing wrong, what health problems you have and if you take meds for them, maybe you might want to look for a more natural approach to heal your other health problems to get off medication. I hope that helps. You either believe in the holistic lifestyle or not. Western medicine or eastern. Good Luck to you and don't give up. It may take a couple months of being consistent with the ACV when you get Vertigo. Make sure you drink plenty of water also.

my mom really suffers from vertigo ..I'll get her to try almost anything to help her...another video suggested vitamin B12
@davfinport7 жыл бұрын
Vitamin B actually made mine worse. I had an inner ear infection that was so bad that I couldn't figure out where the ground was when I walked, this was years ago and I still have bouts of it. Scary as heck, but I know for certain that altitude or being in any claustrophobic situation will bring it on. B12 doesn't make it worse anymore because I take it with tons of food!! Don't take it on an empty stomach or you will sway all day.

I don't know how well informed you are about this subject, but being someone who believes in naturopathic remedies and is also dealing with the syptoms of vertigo, I must admit, I am pretty skeptical of this advice. I can tell you this, there are many causes of vertigo and some are due to injury of the head, neck and brain..I hardly think acv would help if this is the case. What you should do to be a more responsible advocate is study these subjects more closely and add a disclaimer informing people this may not be the best advice for all concerned.
@WanderFixThrive7 жыл бұрын
Yes that is very true. But I am speaking from experience and I did forgot to mention it can be caused through injuries and medications as well. But I still do believe ACV can help most injuries, as I have hit my head on a metal freezer at work and do to roller coaster is when I first started feeling this way. Oh and I noticed I started getting it after Lasik eye surgery. Also other injuries in the past. Doctors put me on meds and it made me worse. You have to eat healthy as well because if you put toxic in your body it wont help.

Try B12. I have been suffering with this for 3 years and I take that and Gingko. 3000 mg of B12 and 120 mg of Gingko. I drink plenty of water and no sodium. You have to try and eat clean. Their so many triggers for me including stress.

For anyone that has Vertigo the first thing to check you don't have BPPV. It is one of the main causes and is very easily treated by a trained professional. I personally self-treated after some research. You will find very good instructional videos online by qualified Dr's... You shouldn't treat until you have a diagnosis and diagnosing BPPV is very easy...
