Great video and clear explanations. My question are with the fiberglass duct boxes; Why are there duct boxes on the return and supply side of the AC/Heat units? Does that just make it easier to run the main lines to each register? I have one room that does not cool enough and I want to upgrade the main line to a 10 feed into a wye that feeds two 8 inch supplies to each register. I am guessing that I would have to cut a bigger hole (if I have room) or replace that duct box on the unit. Is that correct?

Always cut the hole 1/4" larger than your inside trace or the outer edge of your outside wobbly trace...
