Usually i use pluggins to help me on that... mainly because i get photos of people using white color clothes on white background. i know that the best way would be to try to create some contrast between them at the time of the photo was taken, but sometimes i can't... but your tips were great!! the important thing is to know different ways to different needs.. i just like to share some things, like i don't like to use brush to refine a mask, i like to use the Dodge and Burn method. one method that i use to creat quick with lots of details mask is by duplicatin a image, create a white mask, select it and use apply image on it. thanks for Sharing!!

Great video Nathaniel. I never tired calculations. I will certainly keep that in mind. I use to dodge and burn the layer mask at the edges to gently fix gray areas of a mask, but I will definitely try the soft light method. Thanks again.

I LOVE THAT YOU TALK FAST! Please don't slow yourself down for all the slow newbies. They should use the speed settings if they can't hang. There are so many details there and not everyone needs every little thing spelled out for them.

I used to be really good at Photoshop, back before the days of 'KZbin', when one had subscribe and to and read through photoshop forums for hours and hours.. honestly, but after not having used it intensely since version 7....... I suck at it now, I really can't remember even the basics, it's depressing :-( I used to have my own website which I built (which no longer exists ) dedicated to teaching Photoshop .... but now I can't do a fraction of what I used to do. It's true what they say I suppose "Use it or you lose it" Love these tutorials man.
