Loosing weight and gaining particular kinds of attention can be triggering if that attention led to trauma in the past. Thanks for acknowledging this side of the struggle.

I think the reason for self sabotage has many faces, and you gave some good examples.

I am grateful that I only have a bad "day" when it happens - I can reset at night. A new morning means a fresh start for me. Feeling thankful after watching this. PS it helps that I only have keto food in my house and nuts and dairy are my downfall on those days.
