Lost all my macramé books with directions with many moves. I have researched on line and everyone wants to sell you a kit. I love to create my own macramé hangings of my own. Since pandemic I am happy to see your KZbin video as a refresher course. Thanks Chelsea for all the info and absolutely love the hanging you have created.

I do a lot of DIY and crafts, and this is one of the better tutotial videos I've seen. I like that you did not have a specific pattern in mind when you started, and changed your mind a couple of times. I don't always want to make the exact same thing that I see in a video, and you demonstrated how to come up with a pattern, not just make that specific one. Thanks for the video!

These knot patterns remind me of the patterns I use to make as a kid with lanyard. The spiral twist reminds me of the Chinese staircase. This is cool.

I am doing this with yarn because I have a ton and am quarantined . It is taking forever, but it's honestly so easy (I've never macramed before and I can do it no problem watching you!) I added 20 more strands at the beginning so I had 50 strands all together and 5 triangle sections. I am also using a fairly long rod as I want it to be a big focal point in our new apartment! Its just very very tedious!!! My back hurts!!! Lol. But looks great so far! I cant wait until I am finished and thank you 💖
