Your entire channel is great. I'm just a middle-aged man, no dancer at all, but I love ballet, and your exercises are very helpful to me, as well as going me an increased appreciation of real dancers. Also, a lot of exercise programs for men emphasize muscle-building out of all proportion to flexibility, leading to an unfortunately static kind of fitness: everything looks good (ultimately) but don't try to move in that body. Your approach leads to a body that looks great, but it is also flexible and useful in real life (of course it does, you are dancers!). Thank you very much for this special channel!
