YassinLwest if he is not as strong that that is because he doesn't do It right, in this case - full range of motion. We just point that out, so the next guy does better and get stronger with good habits.

Hi Shane, do you have any interest in Capoeira and do you think it's worth the time of a martial arts bigenner? if so, would you make a video about it in the future? thanks.

@stay_sick199 жыл бұрын
hello, just voicing my opinion. I train in Capoeira and MMA. I would definitely recommend it. It really builds your flexibility, self control, insane cardio, and gives you a nice butt haha. I wouldn't recommend using it solely in a fight unless you're amazing at it but the movement DOES actually hypnotize you when facing a capoeirista and it is very good if incorporated in with other arts because certain strikes and movements arent typical in a fight and confuses the opponent. Plus once you become a capoeirista there's an entirely new culture filled with music, art, sense of family, and travel that is introduced to you.
@KewlDude1239 жыл бұрын
+fightTIPS That would be interesting. Capoeira is quite underrated so it would be cool to see a video like that

Shane, in what order do you think an upcoming "beginner" mma fighter should learn what martial art? for example 1.boxing 2.Brazilian jujitsu etc.
@KewlDude1239 жыл бұрын
Boxing Muay Thai BJJ Judo (or JJJ for both) Taekwondo would be good too
@snickersss88079 жыл бұрын
I'm doing Judo in adittion to my MMA training. It gives you more skills in takedowns so you can allways be the one that can decide if the fight should go to the ground or stay standing up Some people like to learn kicks very early but in my (also beginner) opinion it takes more time to learn how to kick well then it takes to learn how to strike so as a beginner I would focus more on the hands than the feets:) Have a nice one

Hey Shane and the Community,I have a question for y'all and would really appreciate if i can get an answer.I'm 15 years old 6"2 and weighing 160 pounds, I have done 4 years of Kickboxing and 1/2 years amateur Boxing.I have trained 8 times the week including weight training now my problem is that I started way too early with weight lifting and got injured.I was 13 years old when I started,I was really skinny at the beginning and gained 45 pound till now plus much of muscle mass therefore a tendon is torn in my right shoulder.I didn't now that so i have kept training the doctors had no idea where my pain is coming from so over time the tendon grown together but not as it should be.In training couple of month later the bar fell down while I was doing pull ups and I fell right on my elbow this was 9 month ago and the last time i trained i've visited every fuck*** doctor and no one knows why I have so much pain or what it is maybe someone of you guys know what i can do now or what i have?

Wait I missed the whole vid, I was too distracted by the dude in the white t shirt to the left at his attempted work out, like 10 badly formed push ups not in full motion, then a lot of badly performed sit ups with "twists" which he turned his head. Should of really helped him with his workout guys.
