You are right, Meg, the ability to execute correctly is very important. Also, practicing squats is valuable. Instead of bending over, which can risk injury if we do it quickly, it's better to perform a squat effortlessly when we need to pick something up from the floor or wipe it off. Therefore, your comments and instructions are very useful. Thank you very much.💛
