I like to this pose even after doing HIIT exercises or on days I don’t feel like exercising. It helps with reducing bloating, it tones my tummy and defines my waist. Such a great asana.

You have mentioned clearly to inhale and exhale in the posture... But missed telling whether to inhale or exhale while going into the posture i. e., when raising up

Hi. 1. Can you please tell the exercises & asanas to correct the wrong (sitting & standing) posture? 2. Also please tell the asanas to cure the mucus problem flowing into the throat from the back of the nose (post nasal in medical terms). 3. How can we work on the healing of throat chakra so that our voice becomes clear & impressive enough? I am a performer & I really need to work on my voice to help me in my podcast, singing & acting. I have a very old sinus (around15-16 year old) & 6-7 year old post nasal problem too.

You're treating asana like it's drugs. Take this pill for this cure. Asanas and yoga are used in a holistic way. Instead of trying to look for a specific cure for specific problems, learn and grow in a variety of asanas (and diet, and meditation, and overall lifestyle). Once your overall strength, flexibility, and presence of being has grown then your health will improve in many areas. At the point when you're well experienced and overall healthy, you'll heal specific areas.

When I started I couldn't even raise my body at all. I thought I was doing something wrong. I kept trying every day, it didn't take long until I could raise a little, then a lot. I was surprised how soon it happened.
