I like to this pose even after doing HIIT exercises or on days I don’t feel like exercising. It helps with reducing bloating, it tones my tummy and defines my waist. Such a great asana.

Hi. 1. Can you please tell the exercises & asanas to correct the wrong (sitting & standing) posture? 2. Also please tell the asanas to cure the mucus problem flowing into the throat from the back of the nose (post nasal in medical terms). 3. How can we work on the healing of throat chakra so that our voice becomes clear & impressive enough? I am a performer & I really need to work on my voice to help me in my podcast, singing & acting. I have a very old sinus (around15-16 year old) & 6-7 year old post nasal problem too.

When I started I couldn't even raise my body at all. I thought I was doing something wrong. I kept trying every day, it didn't take long until I could raise a little, then a lot. I was surprised how soon it happened.
