Hi this is so helpful i felt a relief after doing the phase 2. I had this for years. And i i’ve been doing lower trap activation but the upper trap keeps on activating instead of the lower trap. Can i still do light upper body workouts with very light dumbbells with this condition?

This will entirely depend on how your experience goes while doing those exercises. If you find that it doesn’t bother you in the moment and that it doesn’t flare things up after a few hours or the next day then generally it is OK to do.
