Over two hours and many fails, falls and scraped-up elbows , I found my balance! When I came across your channel, the key for me was find or gaze at a spot on the mat. I was positioning my head wrong. I think the focus for many should be getting over the fear of falling/failure. Eventually success will be in your favor. Patience.

These are great shoulder strength drills and I realise I have not spent enough time on drills and more on balance. Thank you for showing the importance of strength drills and muscle memory and visualising proper stacking

Thanks Kelsi. You are an amazing instructor with a gentle encouraging and humble attitude. My elbows keep splaying out and I get cramp in my thighs. Is that normal or should I concentrate on a particual drill to avoid this?

Yes! work your side planks. Both full and forearm side plank. And Forearm Plank hip dips with arms ONLY shoulder width.

Hi, nice informative video and gonna practice this :) My query thou is if the shoulders should be away from ears ? And, also I've seen many where the lifted leg is facing straight up and so, it gets earlier to just hop and get into pincha. so, should I keep practicing on that and not try getting into pincha unless the lifted leg is straight up ? Basically, how important is it to get the lifted leg facing straight up ?

Leg position not important. Just do what you can!! But yes, shoulders push away and create space from ears
