Natraj position is one of the basic balancing postures in Yoga. Most of the time it is easy to perform nataraj but the practitioner still not able to take his practice to full nataraj position.
For full nataraj position its very important to master the Basic Standing Natraj Position. Once you are able to handle your nataraj position for 30 sec, now its time to give a progression and take your practice further.
For full nataraj position, we need flexibility in legs, chest, and shoulders. So follow these links to follow the flexibility routine

@@PinakiYoga thanks alot for the reply, but im not sure strength is the issue here, i can very well keep my balance and all as well. it's just that at some point my back leg starts to twist to the side

@@lint678 even my back leg is also not that straight if you see, because my back is not that bendy. So if back is super bendy, that will cover the gap between upper body and back leg. Also the hamstrings should be opened.
