ഇതാണ് ഞാന് തേടി കൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ചാനല്. എത്ര detailed ആയിട്ടാണ് എല്ലാം വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു minute പോയിന്റ് പോലും വിടാതെ വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നു. അതും സാദാരണ മല്ലു ജിമ്മന് മാരുടെ ഒരു ജാടയും ഇല്ലാതെ... ഇങ്ങിനെ തന്നെ പോകട്ടെ. എല്ലാ ആശംസകളും നേരുന്നു... കട്ട സപ്പോര്ട്ട് ആയി കൂടെ ഉണ്ട്...പൊളിക്ക്..

Sir my doubt is can we do first week full deadlift with other work out and second week full squat with other work out schedule ??? Because iam doing deadlift first and third week of a month and second and fourth week is squat. That means 12 day deadlift and 12 day squat.
