Good afternoon doctor🙏. I watch your health classes & exercises. It's very useful. I appreciate your free services to the society. Doctor I am suffering with osteio arthritis. Both the knees are paining severly. Synovial fluid & membrane gone out. Could not walk. I would like to know is there any excercises if any. Kindly inform me. Thank you.

Can I sit in the carpet floor with some cushion like bedsheets while I have little low hip back pain or best to sit in the chair when I want to do my office work sir. Your advice is much appreciated. I just following your tips. It’s really helpful. Your work for society is great sir.

Well, My advice will be to sit in chair with proper lumbar back support. Every 20 minutes get up from that chair and walk for 5 minutes. Then come back and continue your work. Suppose if you sit on floor with improper support you will get pain much sooner. That's why I am asking you to use chair

@@drkarthik Thank you so much sir. I have pain last two weeks. But pain relief get better day by day. I am going physiotherapy alternate days. When I walk or stand long time pain radiates to my left legs. I consulted doctors here and she advised physiotherapy. I am in Canada sir, but here I consult my family physician only. Since I have little pain come and goes, I am continuing my work. Bit worried that pain is for two weeks. Anyway thanks for your advice sir.

Sir i have back pain still 8 month and i am 21 years old and i consulted many doctor even i took x ray and physiotherapy even back pain is not cured and the pain is in L5 bone still now paoin is more😔

டாக்டர் முதுகு நேராக இருக்குமாறு உட்கார எந்த மாதிரி நாற்காலியை பயன்படுத்தலாம் என்று காட்டி இருக்கலாம் நான் டைனிங்டேபிளில் வரும் நாற்காலியில் உட்காருகிறேன். பின்புறம் சாயும் பகுதி பெருபாலும் ட வடிவில்தான் இருக்கும்
