You make it look easy but I struggle after 2 years to get more than 1 proper toes to bar

Man, I love your videos They are all very very helpful, I have a request: a video for some mobility drills to improve overhead squats and squat snatches, There are many videos about correcting the technic but almost non that explain how to improve mobility and what to do prior to a snatch or OH squat sessions
