I can do like 12+ strict pullups but kipping like that makes my shoulders want to dislocate. Working on scap pullups. Wild how much harder kipping is than it looks ... Thanks for the video!

I assume you also want to jump up onto the bar already in a kipped position for pull-ups. Is that right?
