Your drawings are so visually appealing to the eye. All of the steps were very helpful, so don't dwell on the negative opinions. Just know I learned from watching this and all your other vids

use a q-tip. it works better if you load it with graphite first. draw a small circle fill it in with a pencil then rub the q-tip around on all sides. it's like breaking it in. works pretty good after that.

I take it that you can do more detailed drawings as well? I am an artist and am looking for someone that I can get a few tips from. I also have a hard time getting the right paper. All of this recycled crap that is out now. I was getting my paper from an old set of oversized books. I was using the binder paper but it was at least 70 years old. Man was that some nice paper. I also was using a poster paper from Mead. It came in a 10 pack set. It was about $.00 and it was about 22x28 in size

in an art university or whatever you couldn't really leave white paper like that its not Wrong but it's definitelly not recommended sort of like using black oil paint

thanks for the lesson some of these comments must be from porn fans. what nerds. They might learn another trade if that keep watching and they must be so jealous to be so critical. good work.

I thought it would be a more realistic drawing ... it looks like a good drawing, but far from being an excellent one ... I think it shows an abuse of the smoothing effect, so at the end, everything is too foggy.
