Calen Chan Why? It might be a mind block. You just need to work it more. Your on a different surface, it’s going to feel different.

I think it depends on what you're into, but ideally yes, it would make more sense to say that's what HE said.

Dude! I'm going to try and get so much tricking footage at the lock-in!! I can't wait to see what crazy shit you've been working on... rest up well before hand! We're gonna train like super saiyans!!!

That was pretty sweet! The only twisting technique I can do that's not on a trampoline is a front flip half twist off of a picnic table as I can't even get that while trying it on flat ground as I'm lucky to get 90 degrees! Then again,I don't really do tricking,parlour or whatever though I used to do a little breakdancing back in the day. LOL!

all tricks come in time. you just need to keep doing it as much as possible and even if you get injured you need to keep doing something, anything to keep your areal awareness and muscle memory up to date.

Could you possibly do a tutorial on how to jump? I know it sounds stupid but like I have a major problem with my ability to get height and I think it's just through bad habits of not being able to jump/set up.. Do I need to be 'stomping' into the floor? I usually just try to push off.. ie when attempting cart arabians, I get barely any height, maybe I'm just jumping incorrectly?
@nerijus121010 жыл бұрын
jumping- 1 jump off your toes 2 imagine the air is like water and try to pull your self up into the air with your arms 3 bring your body to your arms and not your arms to your body 4 wear less/lighter clothes and go to the toilet 5 make sure you are at the point between going up and going down when you start to do a trick

@MoveWIthMendoza11 жыл бұрын
That all depends on how hard you kick off the ground. You gotta reach up, and push off them feet hard to get that solid lift. A lot of folks think it's hard hard you punch off the ground, but it's not a punch, it's not about how hard you meet the ground, it's how hard you leave the ground.

TBH your fulls and dubs are kind of on a horizontal angle. Every coach that i had said that if you tru your fulls on a horizontal angle. That you are doing your techniques wrong. They say practice makes perfect but if you learn the wrong technique you are perfectly wrong .

Im trying ro dub full but everytime I go for it my hips bend right before staring the 2nd twist and it just kills the rotation. I'm trying my best to stay tight. Any tips?
