Wow, this discussion about diet and longevity is incredibly insightful! Seeing how much our eating habits impact our overall health and lifespan is fascinating. I particularly appreciate the emphasis on a plant-based diet, limiting sugar and processed foods, and the importance of hydration. It's also great to see the discussion around the impact of alcohol and the role of caffeine. The nuances around protein intake and intermittent fasting are especially helpful. This is an excellent reminder of how small dietary changes can significantly influence our health and longevity. Thanks for sharing these valuable insights!`

Listen to your Yiayia Peter. who fasted 200 days a year!!! People don’t realize that traditional Mediterranean diet included weeks and weeks of fasting and diet restrictions.

Will you be establishing Fountain centres in Australia? There are great sites in the SE Queensland hinterland that would do great business as they are proximal to large boomer populations in coastal areas.

I agree with the plant based diet been doing it for 12 years. The science of hormesis shows it is good to periodically challenge your body. I just consume plants and get enough protein the fact is the body is only 14 to 16% protein. Do a green smoothie a day lots of fiber.

Dears, what about Fountain’s European locations please? Are you planning to open some soon?

If you go on a 22 day no sugar fast and you feel like you have control back, why would you ever stop?

What sugar? Glucose is a sugar and it's the default fuel for humans and virtually the only fuel for the brain
@portalminer88139 ай бұрын
I see you are unfamiliar with the ketogenic diet. The body is capable of using ketones for fuel instead of glucose and ketones are a preferred fuel for the brain. No glucose required.
@joannot67069 ай бұрын
@@portalminer8813 I see you don't listen, If ketones are a preferred fuel for the brain, why then is it not? It's harder for the inuits that have evolved within a heavy meat diet to get into ketosis because evolution favoured those that didn't and rather used glucose instead. Evolution is literally deleting those that get into ketosis, it's hilarious really!😅 Even the carnivores, actual carnivores like lions with a meat only diet, they aren't in ketosis when they are well fed, their bodies will use gluconeogenesis to transform amino acids from protein into the good old glucose !😂😂 You know why? It's because evolution shows that keeping glucose as the primary default fuel is simply better for health across any mammal, there bodies will go into ketosis only in prolonged starvation or a diabetic state, even the actual carnivores man ... So as I said "Glucose is a sugar and it's the default fuel for humans and virtually the only fuel for the brain" which is why some people hate sugar, it might feed their brains. You can hate it if you want it's still the truth.

Natural Fruit Juice blends???? Not bottled juices,,,, What about fresh pressed juice???
@carnivorewisdom9 ай бұрын
Nope
@1heart1mind8 ай бұрын
Fresh pressed juice - the fiber is stripped off. Sugar in fresh fruit is still sugar. Without fber to buffer, fresh pressed juice spike your blood sugar just as much. Always eat whole fruits 🍒 🍓 🍑 rather than fruit juice. Period.

All this . But you people still don't look any younger. Or healthier. I don't understand.. if our makers wanted us wanted us to live longer. They would have created us that way.

Technology, tools, advancements always help humanity. Our maker didn’t give us a long stick to reach fruit and knock out of tree when humans were cavemen yet they used it and benefitted. I’m sure there was an elder caveman yelling at them going “if our maker intended us to eat the fruit out of our reach he would have made our arms longer!!” 😂
