Hey I bought a TV but they didn't had any new TVs on Store only the one on exhibition, so I go home and try to reset to factory settings... But I can't get rid of some stuff... like the Old Neflix Account, I Open netflix and keeps asking me to update the credit card info for the Previous User... and I cant log with my Account... where do I Disable the old Account? or where do I REALLY Reset everything to factory settings?

Hi, I have a sony kdl-40z5100 and when I plug an ethernet cable into my TV to access the internet, the physical connection and local access are OK but the internet access failed. When I plugged the ethernet into my bdp-bx2 blu-ray player all connections failed. Do you have any suggestions for what I should do?

Well, Mr Sony. YOU have a problem. Take some time to read the comments below... Now, my wife's Bravia TV wont play youtube anymore/ it used to? It wont access Netflix. Niether will my blue ray player. THERE IS NO TECHNICAL REASON FOR THIS> IT IS SIMPLY"MARKETING". If this was a motor car and you changed the software so i couldn't drive on certain roads, you would be in more trouble than VW. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!! How about a class action?

Jeff ALLEN nonsense. all smart tvs can access neflix. if it doesn't, then it's not a smart tv, but still u can access the using a blue ray, most video games like Xbox, PS3/4 etc. The most affordable would be blue ray dvd players. I recommend Sony BPS 6200

Firstly Ng'ash: What I say is not nonsense. It makes perfect sense. Now, my wife's Bravia TV USED to be able to display Netflix. After a change of firmware, it doesn't. That firmware (I wont use the misnomer "upgrade" because it wasn't) disabled Netflix. There's nothing "nonsense" about that. Yes, I "could" go out and buy more devices so we can watch what we used to without them, but why should we? Would you go out and buy another car just because the manufacturer downloaded firmware that disabled the air conditioning? When you buy a product, you buy it because of the job you want it to do, based on the ADVERTISED features. If Netflix had been shut down, or encoded their content to prevent it being displayed on Sony products, then my beef would be with Netflix.

I hate that my kdl-40cpx525 does not "support" the Netflix Widget... still, that in fact does't bother me that much since I can access it either via mobile (HDMI Cable) or Notebook (HDMI as well).. for me the worst is Sony Xperia S sitll has not gotten Android JB upgrade yet. THAT is a real BS

Same on my KDL-32EX720 even though it's listed on this video. Rang Netflix who said it should be supported and gave me a 1300 number to speak with Sony. Sony dude curtly and smugly told me any pre 2014 models are not supported. Been a Sony fan for 2 generations but guess what, no more. Shame on you SONY

In Brazil, Sony doesn't support Netflix in some Bravias (like my 40EX525). I have to buy a Samsung Smart tv to get Netflix working and I had to put my Sony at the kitchen which is rarely used. I will not spend my money in a fake smart tv anymore.
