Love this! One thing: for Lou’s Spice, I recommend caution. I’ve read that using it and failing a dish makes you lose it and have no way to get it back. So, only use it exactly to recipe it’s used in.

She's usually there in the morning after waking up, I think around 8AM! Her schedule is probably different on the 3rd and the 8th but otherwise she'll be there most mornings.
