I feel like I always used to wear a mask... Like I was somebody else... Like I projected an image that I thought others wanted of me. Now after going crazy and hearing voices and such I lost all pretenses and want to start fresh in life. Of course I am now on CPP Disability and would like to break free through publishing my own work to become an author. Now due to your videos I see myslef projecting what I want people to see of me, not what I think they want of me.

I came up with 6 core values of: Honesty, Persistence, Honor, Prudence, Solidarity, Pride. Again I thank you for helping shape my new persona for a new life.

Thanks for watching Robert. What i meant is find that values that drove your reaction in a negative event. Quite often these are good values. You can also flip this around and identify negative values that you don't want to live your life by. Having this comparison often helps to get clarity on your core values. I hope this helps.

@@kararonin Thanks for this clarification... I only seen negative traits in the negative pivotal event until you clarified. I once attempted suicide due to voices... I only seen regretful, impatient, carefree, disdainful... I think the voices gave these traits to me... Now because of you I see Persistence, Honor, Dignity, Pride.
