Sincere and determined people need truthful information and a good plan to escape the cycle and hole you are in. Incredible marriages ARE possible. They are achieved by: 1. Learning about the mind and mastering it so your changes are permanent and you are always growing. 2. Learning how to behave, and not behave in marriage friendly ways 3. Making unconditional love and ever-expanding happiness your primary and constant missions. Go to themarriagefoundation.org and get the course if you need it. Now is not the time to experiment. It is the time for positive action.

There are many components to improving your marriage. One place I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Pavs Partner Pundit (google it if you're interested) definately the best guide i've seen. Check out all the incredible info .

I definitely want to read your book, but I'm also holding on to alot of resentment, where do you suggest I start to get grounded?

The books are great explanations of marriage so help those who are stumbling. Resentment is anger so using the course is a much better way for you. Get the course for women, Heather, so you can conquer anger completely. themarriagefoundation.org/system/

Coaching usually leads the way but in my case we needed to work and do reasearch ourselves or myself.

That's what I did. That's what professionals do, too. I created the path to marital happiness for others. It took me years. If I needed it to save my marriage I would not have succeeded.

It isn't marriage that is difficult but changing ourselves and learning how to be married, especially un-learning all the nonsense that has saturated our society that is a bit difficult, but only in the beginning.

What do you do if your husband refuses to talk about the problems in the marriage?
@TheMarriageFoundation4 жыл бұрын
Talking about your marital problems is a terrible idea promoted by Western psychologists because they think it helps. But it hurts both of you. The best thing to do is work on the core of the marriage so you do not have problems.

There is nothing you can do for this marriage because it was over a long time ago, However, you are not done with your life. Look to the future, get marriage education so you will know what to do and what not to do. Look to a bright future that is planned well.
