Great video! It seems I have different issue. Tried every step guided by you. It is giving 3f0 hard drive/disk error. 1. When I ran the diagnostic It sys no hard drive installed. 2. I did disabled/ enabled the secure boot which did start up my laptop for 15-20mins and it gave the same error again 3. Tried reinstalling windows and reseating my hard drive, it didn’t work ! 4. @@PC_Monkey I did ‘Reseating’ the SSD , it failed the diagnostic test. Further I did replace my ‘SSD’ with a new ‘SSD’ and Reinstalled windows 11. I did ran the diagnostic test again I am still facing the same the same issue.

@PC_Monkey, I would like to share my experience with my HP Spectre Convertible 13. When it was still under warranty I spilled some clean water on the keyboard and had to send it in to HP for repair. When I got it back, I didn't realize/associate it until later, but I had physical connection problems on my laptop: my USB-A port on the left side no longer works. And I started intermittently experiencing the "No operating system found" message when booting up. When I called HP they told me it was because my laptop had a conflict with the latest Windows 10 due to it being a few years old. No! I realize now that these super-compact, no access panel laptops are hard, even for HP, to take apart and put back together. I now believe this is why I am experiencing this problem. And if HP cannot take it apart and put it back together properly, I am not going to try! Lesson learned: think twice before you send in your laptop for repairs. These no-access panel laptops are very difficult to take apart and put back together. A slight gentle bang/tap on the right side is how I get my computer working again when I experience this problem.

so if you're experiencing the dreaded "No operating sytem found" you have to ask yourself, "have I ever sent in my laptop to HP for repairs, or had it repaired anywhere else?" Especially if you have a 2-in-1, no access panel notebook.

I formatted my HP all in one PC, because Bitlocker was activated but I was unable to unlock, but know it didn't show the HD when I tried to install Windows 10 since a USB. I have an HP ba004ds I picked up online. It will not boot. I have Windows 10 install USB drive and I have changed the Boot order. It keeps on starting up trying to repair drive. I have a lenovo but did as many of these as i could. Pc detects the SSD, i took out and replaced the ssd to make sure - nothing seems off, i ran diagnostics and it passed all tests, tried changing to different boot devices - still no success. Firstly i listened to a youtuber who didnt know num an he convinced me to dual boot linux an windows on the same drive which was local disk... so i bought a new hard drive an now i installed new os but i think pluggin in the hard drive with new os an stuff tricked the bios system bc the screen was coming on intil i plugged new drive now my keyboard lights up makes noise but no display whatsoever
