How to Fix iPhone 12 Won't Turn On 2023

For anyone trying method one, I thought it didn’t work but I tried it again and held down the power button for a very long time and it eventually turned on. I use that trick to fix my phone if it’s acting weird, but never realized there was a such thing as it’s not turning on. Glad this was the easy fix for that as well!

WOW, Thank you so much. Nothing like this ever works for me. But right out of the gate I tried the hard reset that I didn't even know existed. I had to hold mine down for a little longer but... sure enough! Apple logo popped up. I'm so appreciative, thank you thank you thank you!!!

After you press the up volume key, then the low volume key, you have to hold the power button down until you see the apple icon... Holding the power button down could take a minute or so..

@@ezendukahenry4175 take a different charger and test it on a different device to make sure that it works.Clean the charging socket on your phone really well ( usually I find lots of dust in there blocking the charger )and try charging your phone with the new charger for about 20 min to make sure your battery is not completely drained. Then repeat the instructions in the video. Hope you’ll make it work.

Guys note to self b4 trying out any one of these step, please ensure that ur charger is not the issue, use another changer to confirm...I came across this problem many times b4 in the past

This app (Reboot) DID NOT work for my iPhone 12. The phone was working earlier today and later in the day just a black screen. I went thru every step including downloading the Reboot app.... Still dead iPhone.

@@samirakulsum70 It wasn't my phone it was a 2 year old iphone12 owned by my x wife she went to the apple store and their advise was to get another phone the cost to "look" at it to see what the problem is was over $400 and said the cost would be more IF fixable so she bought another iPhone 12. Apple was able to transfer some of her stuff pictures and contacts but nothing else. These iPhones cost more than a decent laptop and you'd expect they would last longer...apparently not the only thing she did wrong really was run the battery very low frequently I warned her about that but she never did listen to my advise. haha
