Feb 2021 I was in with the physiotherapist for a trapped nerve. I'd had spinal surgery years ago and was worried it was causing issues again, they said good news you don't need surgery bad is we can't do anything to help. I was in agony couldn't walk without pins and needles and sharp pain, so I came here. Now all these months later I do my morning exercises to help this issue, I walk and am feeling so much better I told my doctor a doctor on YT fixed me. Thank you!!

I've got the exact same problem but with both hips having been replaced I'm in agony,plus I can't do exercise 3 as my total left knee replacement won't let me sit in that position. My problem hip is my right so I hope the first exercises help. So happy for you to be walking again I've been stuck indoors for 2 years my Drs have forgotten I exist

Yesterday Thursday 04 Jan 2024 I tried your exercises and it relieved my hip pain. I had a lot of discomfort while doing the deep stretches, but goodness, today is Friday 05 Jan 2024 and the hip pain is 95% relieved. Thank you, thank you. I just subscribed to your channel

Hey ... honestly chat, this guy knows what he is talking about. I do repetitive work lifting car parts all day. Had major issues with kinks in my neck.. constant pain. Ive been suffering hip pain for almost 24 years now 😢from slipping accidentally when i was in grade school, and my hip began to deform when i was in college..that made me uncomfortable and feel shamed😢 because everyone noticed and sometimes reason why i got bully. I thank you sir for this video. It really help me ease the pain. But hopefully can cure the deformation of my hips.

I have been suffering from tight glutes and piriformis and my left side, which then appears to trigger lower back pain. This video is very well timed. @@DrRowe Day two of using the routine, and my glute and piriformis tightness has improved. However, I have decided not to include the final step with the rotations as that seemed to make my lumbar area sore. So, I do the glute raises, and then the 90 degree hip stretches but only lowering straight down toward my forward knee, switching my legs and repeating on the other knee. I have been working to improve my glutes for some months, with reverse lunges, split squats and two other exercises from one of your videos. The one where you push you groin to the ceiling with heels together close to your bum. And then the side leg raise with bent knees, I think it's called the clam shell. I can literally see the improvement in my glute condition when I look in the mirror. Simply, but highly effective exercises. BTW, I am 54 and in reasonable shape. I have worked out my entire life, but a combination of a sedentary job (IT) and maybe wear and tear from almost 4 decades of martial arts, have taken their toll.

@@DrRowe I have been repeating the routine at least three times per week, and I think I am feeling further benefits. I had been through a bad patch with outer hip pain, and it is significantly improved. Particularly on the left where I was having most of the pain.

I was to scream or cry when I do the laying on my side exercise. My right outer hip hurts only when I stretch. Does it get any better? I was born with my hips out of socket. I'm 52 now and my hips and gluteus tighten up daily. I marched in high school band and college with no issues. Aging stinks

@@annanicholson5309 well they definitely improved mobility to a degree, but unfortunately, I'm now going through SI joint injections with the likelihood of receiving radio frequency oblation on the near horizon almost assured... Dr. Rowe is extremely knowledgeable, and his recommendations produce positive results, but sometimes things are so far out of control, that more rigorous intervention is required... If you're experiencing these types of problems, and his exercises bring you relief, stick with it, because they do work!

The only chiropractor that has been able to help me with outer hip pain which radiates down my leg and then makes my knee hurt as well said that my joint was out. In other words the leg bone with the ball at the end wasn't where it was supposed to be in the hip socket. He showed me a way to adjust it and when I get it back in the pain goes away immediately. He also showed me how to adjust my knee.

@@Teemack1990 you lay on your side with the injured hip up and your spine and head supported against a couch or something. Then you bring your knees up to 90° on the floor kind of like what he's doing on the massage table. Then you use your hand on your kneecap like you're doing a clamshell then move it gently back and forth toward your feet and toward your head just a little bit. very slowly it's so subtle. When my hip is out there's tightness where my leg joins my hip on the side and when I get it to go back in that tightness releases. It takes some practice and you have to be very slow and subtle. You don't have to lift your knee in the clam shell position very far up not like 90°. Maybe 45 or so just so the weight of your leg will push your leg back into the hip socket. Let me know if you need more info. I hope that helps. I'm 65 and I realized I just need to strengthen all my muscles etc. It helps to hold everything together LOL

Greetings from London,I just wanted to share some great feedback.I was struggling with some lower back pain preventing me from bending forward which I thought was due to some digging I had been doing, I already this outer hip pain on both sides. On Monday morning I couldn’t bend forward in the evening headed to gym and followed this routine and by evening I had no back pain and equally the hip pain was also majorly gone, so hats off 🎉

I have had knee pain perhaps osteoarthritis for some 4 years, and following professional advice I’ve tried to keep active and do hip and leg strengthening exercise. Then six months ago after some heavy load on my hips I started getting acute hip pain on the opposite side. It has subsided a little, and gather it’s some kind of muscle/tendon strain/inflammation. I will follow your videos, but further information or advice would be welcome.😊

Piriformis and pelvis causing me problem, after 2 minutes walk I start limping, Though highly unlikely, if you know someone who is as good as you are in my area please let me know. My PT and local Chiropractor have not seen your many exercises. I am doing some daily as my body will work. The back injections did not help. The knee surgery did. Need to get an injection in my right hip. It band and Piriformis along with the gluts are not working. Thank you for the strengthening and stretching regime.

I have mystery pain on both sides. I had knee surgery, they think it's the knees. And aren't checking my back, or my hips. I have tendinitis in the arms. Feels like it's in the legs plus nerve pain. But this video is showing my exact pain! And it is helpful thank you!
