Thank you very much for these videos you uploaded to help us, I'm so happy to have found them because I have been with this left shoulder, arm, and upper back pain and didn't know what to do because it's a repetitive pain because of my job, but I have been doing one hour of your exercises for the blades, shoulders, neck and trapezius and it's like a miracle because the pain from 10 went already to 5 and I will continue to do them every day until the pain is gone. I've been doing PT all around my neck and trapezius everyday now for 9 months to address disc, facet joint and foramen issues around C7. My neck is super strong right now. This is a good video. I'll enjoy incorporating a few of Dr. Rowe's ideas. One thing is for sure, there are an amazing number of muscles around the neck-upper shoulder region. They require a lot of different techniques to eventually get to them all.

Wish I would've found this video before going to a chiropractor who wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars on some "treatment". I have been feeling sharp pain in my neck for weeks (as well as headaches) and these stretches brought relief very quickly. I'll keep doing these until the pain disappears. I appreciate your expertise in suggesting back and neck exercises for pain relief. I request any particular exercises for road type bicycle riders. Dumb question, maybe I'll be lucky enough to get a response. The last 3 weeks my right shoulder and between shoulder blades has been incredibly sore like I slept funny or strained something. My shoulder is healing and doesn't hurt as much but the pain between my shoulder blades just won't ease up. I tried doing this exercise but it hurts too much to look up. Great video keep up the good work!

I have been struggling with what I think is piroformus syndrome I had never heard of this until they did a L5 S1 laminectomy on my spine with no results then I went to a pain specialist and they did the neuropathy which was negative and then a pain reliever into the sacrum and hip joint no results and then did a medication shot into the piriformis muscle itself two days virtually pain-free then the medicine wore off then they did a steroid shot into the piriformis muscle and it yielded nothing. I’ve been struggling with this for over a year now at the present, I can’t walk to the kitchen or bathroom and back without. It absolutely killing me. I’ve tried everything thinking seriously I need the piriformis muscle whacked in half.

How do you get rid of persistent, painful, deeply impeded knots at the base of your skull. I push hard as long as I can. I use cbd and dmso but it's only a mild relief. It's so bad that I was tested for MS even though I tell them, MY NECK HURTS....BAD. REAL BAD. Thanks
