anyone seen any sort of guideline for what sort of angle you need from the transducer on the Lowr. 3n1 to clear lower unit? I'm planning to move mine more outboard, but it would be nice to have a good idea of what it might take to shoot under the lower unit

Lowrance let me know the r and l sidescan are 58 deg. what they haven't let me know is what that angle means... is it the top edge of the cone on each side, or is it the center line of the beam... or what.

They will all be the same angle whether it's the top, middle, or bottom of the cone.

Volts are like 14 on your boat gauge but fish finder 11.9 or so?
