Thanks Jason for the fix . On the buffering issue I lowered my screen resolution until I found one that didn't buffer starting from high to low and it worked.

Hi Mary. That's a server problem. Unplug the box wait a bit then plug it back in. If it still doesn't work, you will have to wait until they fix the server.

Hi! I did the update and it was working for a day, now when I click on the app I get a sign that says warning contact technical support for this error #01, it won’t even to in the app to the menu only option is to quit, so you know what I can do? I tried to uninstall and factory reset still getting the same message

The buffering is a tanggula problem. I'm having the same problem.

Hi Jason I feel I am a Year away . In Australia I must be the Only Person Tanggula I am lost for help 😢 maybe I am in the wrong country .
