How to FIX the .Net error for Arkham Asylum or Arkham city on Windows 11/10(200% FIX)

hey Guys!!
I hope you all are doing good. I am uploading this video for the people who are still stuck on this error and tried every possible solutions or fix by seeing on KZbin or steam discussion page etc. If you tried these below fixes but still the game is not working :
1)Installing .Net framework again
2) Deleting Debugger file from Reg edit
3)installing physx software
4)installing Directx again(newer or older)
5)Using windows feature turn off or on for .Net framework file to enable it .
now try the below fix : I am sure game will be working thn
If your one drive sync is disabled then enable it. that's it and the error is fixed.
