To everyone who sees this, you are beautiful just the way you look now! You do not need to change your appearance to feel beautiful! You are beautiful just the way you look now! Besides, true beauty is on the inside! You do have worth and meaning!

Don't worry my friend, kicking from the hips is the best technique for flutter kick, bending slightly is also ok, but it will make you tired easily coz you might bend more unconsciously.

Speaking for myself, I've been swimming for 50 years and my flutter kick has always been nearly useless to me -- all the power seems to come from my arms. (Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or maybe I'm just not built right.) The good news is that if you start swimming regularly, after a few sessions you'll be able to swim continuously without getting tired. (Or perhaps I should again say, "speaking for myself".)

between legs) to prevent hips from sinking. I know is wrong. I've been trying to just do flutter kick but it is so frustrating that it feels I am not moving forward, just sinking.

How do you kick from the hip?
@egg25048 жыл бұрын
Like how you only use your feet by bending them then by bending your knee then basically use your whole leg to kick from the hip

So, when you do the flutter kick you don't bend your knees at all?

It's a normal ankle-joint condition, especially for swimmers.
