Thank you so very much sir ,u r absolutely right IAM a house wife with two kids and my husband is my another kid so I don't have time to do anything and I have migraine headache , arthritis , spondilosis and slipdisc so as you said I can't do a different diet ,I will cook food according to all so in that I will have a salad extra for me thanks a lot ,I thought IAM doing wrong ,now I can follow the regular Ghar Ka Khana thank you
