I was 85kg 1 month ago now I am 81 kgs after doing boxing. I no longer fill my shirts but I still have the same strength with weight lifting. I can't afford to eat more than 3000 calories a day

Boxers should concentrate on power and speed,not aesthetics or mass .You should give good concentration while doing shoulder exercises, or else end up in severe injury that can end your career, also explosive workout will give you explosive power,use light waits to get maximum speed imo. Lateral rises should be done carefully it can damage your shoulder,I prefer cables over dumbbells for that ?Any opinion please let me know down below.

@@BIGSWOLEXL he said that he want to look like a bodybuilder and fight like a boxer. That means that you need to be huge and ripped, have explosiveness, stamina, cardio, agility, power... You can be an 5/10 aesthetic (being a 0 a person who has just entered the gym and a 10 an actual professional bodybuilder) and a 5/10 boxer (if you train hard probably you could debut on amateur). So yeah, you could, but don't think you'll look like Rocky, Creed, Iván Drago or something like that

Yeah if u wanna build muscle up your protein and workout and lift weights don’t lift heavy tho no need to for boxing unless you’re doing strength movements like deadlifts or squats for more explosion

@@radicalmystic8224 I am apart of a gym. I train 3-4 times a week and spar at least once a week. I’ve been exercising with light weights and calisthenics except for legs for the last few months. But I’m still no where near as explosive as I need to be for a boxer.
