Hey Ben, yeah the big thing for local is usually lead gen and call ads work well too. My secret weapon though for managing local client accounts though is this software: aerh.co/highlevel The big thing is setting up a lead gen campaign, feeding it into the software and then letting the SMS and call automation take over.

Hey Simon the big thing is that all tracking is getting trickier and losing a huge portion of the market like that in one go is tough. The solution I'm finding is using more in app audiences like retargeting people based off how they engage with content inside the app.

Hey Adam, I have a local pharmacy (not harmacy )and so I have quite a bit of supplements and products that can be targeted for different niche consumers. Does it hurt my brands overall image in the long run to target each of these or should I focus on only building one up? For example I could be the CBD for pain guy only or I can be the hormone/ pain/ sleep guy as long as I only mention one thing in the ads.

Ahhh harmacy awesome! I remember lol. It depends on your market size. If it's big enough you could niche down and be more specific. If you're in a smaller town you're better being the go to place for something broader.

Hey Julian, if it's local yes these would be great (so would video view ads). If it's national, these can work to generate leads and depending on the price of the offer can also be used to convert them or if the price is high enough, you could also test going direct to sales page.

I've learnt this the hard way and here's what I learnt! Something that Facebook doesn't tell is that you shouldn't create ads on new accounts before gaining some credibility with them. This means that you need to have a full profile with images, post X amount of posts, gain X amount of followers and have a good ER (to prove them that you are legit). Once that is done, you should start by doing small things like boosting posts, with min spend (£5 a day or so for 4 days), again to build their trust. Once you start building this so called trust, you can then venture into ads.
