Cool I got it but , if there's any nutrient in the fermented corn juice then don't u think it will be better blending the whole fermented corn with the broth and drain to boil before adding to the sugar liquid , just asking , cause it looks like after taking the broth off the fermented corn become waste , may be u can try that and see the result . I can't because I am a guy and guys don't have time for all those days job , we like it Shabo Shabo , I will drink it though if is done right and I love it cold in ice , reminds me of back in the days in primary school , in a fine calabash ice cold chaiii
