I know I can speak for so many by saying this but You guys change how I approach fitness! Went from being in a perma-cut and then rebounding after in my sophomore and junior year of high school to finding you guys my senior year and getting me through the covid pandemic and changing how I program. I trusted y’all’s process and went through the RGB and noticed significant changes. Now I am on a journey and mission to help change peoples lives like you guys did to mine and become a personal trainer while I’m in college to become a physical therapist. Couldn’t thank you guys enough. Love y’all!

I was a lineman on my high school football team and that is where I learned to lift. I am extremely thankful for my experience because I never saw other women lifting heavy until recently. Your guys podcast has completely revolutionized my thinking on training and nutrition. I was in a cut for the first time last year and lost a ton of weight but I didn't realize the proper way to cut until I found y'all. I am now building back my metabolism and lifting heavier than I have in a long time. I'm running Anabolic again and have done aesthetic as well. I would looove to run strong before my first healthy cut in the fall. I'm a P.E. major and had to do a project for one of my classes and I named dropped y'all and encouraged everyone in my class to listen to you because I believe that so many people are on the wrong track when it comes to lifting and nutrition and I want them to learn from you. Thanks so much for everything you are doing!

I can relate to the mother-daughter team because after I started resistance training and got really good results following your advice, my daughter started asking me fitness questions and eventually started resistance training herself. All of my input to her comes from you guys and I often send her clips from your show, especially the ones that bust the myths of females getting "too big" once they start lifting heavy. Thanks guys for all you do.

So I have recently started listening to Mind Pump on both KZbin and Spotify. I listen to both the new episodes and the ones from the beginning. It is kind of funny just looking at how Sal, Justin, and Adam have matured in that time. Early episodes talking about what is going through a girl's head when she gives it. Now it's candy corn and matchbox cars on Easter with the kids. Both new and old episodes are entertaining but in much different ways.

OMG I'm so happy I been going back in the vault to watch older videos I missed because I just discovered ya'll. Caller#2 I can relate so much because I find it very hard to get in my calories and macros daily. I literally have no appetite, most days I have to force myself to eat or just not eat at all. The plus is that I'm losing weight which is a goal but I want to be able to eat. There's days I'm super hungry and can eat throughout the day. I love this channel!

Afternoon mind pump brothers! Everyday there's something new to learn on your show, and I just love the connection you guys have. Gave blood this morning and just found out that It's recommend to not lift weights for 48 hours! Bit annoying but I'm sure that it would do me good to have couple of days off, doing some mobility drills, trigger sessions, and walks. Practicing patience is good for me. Anyway have a great day, and thanks as always. Love reading everyone else's comments too. Inspiring and motivating.

Oh my gosh, YES to being sensitive to foods when my diet is reeled in! I ve sworn by this for years. Also, I ve had injections for being allergic to bee venom. Before the injections within 5 minutes of being stung, injection area turns purple, along with my lips and I start to have difficulty breathing. I was stung about a year after I stopped receiving the injections. I did 2 epi-pens immediately. Two hours later I was installing vinyl planking flooring in our kitchen. (We were fixing up our house at the time and my husband said I was using being stung as an excuse. I had to get back to the house immediately. I went to my parents around the corner to do my epi-pens because he could not be bothered to watch me and possibly take me into the hospital if the epi-pens alone did not work). So the injections do make a big difference, it's really incredible tbh.

Love the podcast! Been listening to you guys a lot lately because I was in search of something other than athlean x. I'm 33 yrs old and 6'4 215 with 20% ish body fat. Bought the MAPS skinny guy bundle and am starting it tomorrow with my brother. I know I'm a skinny fat guy but have been consistently been working out at least 3 times a week since new years. I've lost 10 pounds and think i need to really hammer down on my nutrition and protein intake. My job is highly active and labor intensive for about 5 hrs a day. I average about 30k steps at work. I would really like your guys opinion on whether I should be cutting for another 10 or 15 pounds or just concentrate on building muscle and getting stronger. My main goal is to add muscle over the long run but would I benefit from a few months of cutting with high protein intake? Thanks for any comments!

My go to podcast, brilliant knowledge delivered comprehensively. I am just about to finish a four week GVT routine which I programmed myself. Upper / lower, antagonistic muscle groups on the upper days rotating between chest an shoulders but always back to help bring up my back. I seem to have gotten good results from these four weeks but more surprisingly I have gained more mind muscle connection which I hope to transition into the same lifts with heavier weights. I did this with maybe 5 rest days scattered throughout the 4 weeks because I feel the need to go everyday otherwise I loose momentum. My question to you is what to do next should I do next, should I let volume drop off entirely and go for a more strength based programme like a 5x5 spliced with some higher rep sets on my accessory work or is it wiser to pyramid down my program in volume? Also, I know I must plan more rest when intensity increases with bigger weights, but how?

Hey Guys, I'm almost done with Green and have been looking forward to do Black ever since I started Red. Been listening to you guys long enough to know that you designed these programs to run in sequence of each other. But now that Sym is out and the fact that Black might have too much volume considering I noticed that towards the end of both Red and now Green, I'm taking more breaks and rest days from when I started each program, should I jump to Sym and then do Black afterwards or go ahead and run Black as originally intended and then transition into Sym? Before I started MAPS, I was doing 5x5's so I'm excited to get to that part, but I want to do my body right. Help!
