Okay so I've been doing her smaller waist, bubble butt and thigh gap workouts for 5 months now and I've literally gone from having a flat butt to a fuller rounder looking butt. I also used to have a huge belly but now it's tiny and I'm developing abs. I'm so happy with my results and I'm going to continue doing her workouts so i can get full results.

Last year in september my dog died and food became my comfort, and because of that, I've gained over 10kg during these 8 months. His death was probably the one which has affected me the most, I stopped caring about myself and ate whatever, and a lot. So now I've decided that I'm gonna take care of myself and be healthy, and when I look in the mirror I want to be proud and not want to cry whenever I see myself. I don't want a too restrictive diet but I'm gonna do my best to eat consistently and avoid carbs and sugary drinks. These last two days I've made a workout schedule for the next 10 weeks, Including workouts from Gabriella and others :D I'm starting today! I got workouts in the morning, midday, evening and before bed - most of the workouts are short tho! and twice a week I'll be doing cardio. I'll update here today when I'm done with my workout and then continue to do so every day if possible! Thank you, Gabriella, for motivating me to exercise and eating healthy ^^ Day 1: Done with the morning and midday exercises and I'm dead, they were so hard but I pushed through ^^ It's 9pm and I'm done with all 5 workouts :) I felt like I was going to die but I did all of them yayyy. Day 2: so far I’ve done the morning and midday workout, It was difficult, my abs and arms are sore from yesterday. Done with all of the workouts for today! :) today was a bit easier than yesterday, but my body is sore from yesterday so it hurt a bit more, but still easier to do them! Don’t forget to stretch :p because that’s what I did yesterday Day 3: Today my abs, arms and legs were even more sore than yesterday, but I still did all of the workouts even though I felt like quitting. I also did a cardio dance workout and it was super fun! I usually hate cardio but this was actually fun. Im happy that I pushed through and did the workouts, maybe I didn’t do all of them properly because of my soreness but I did my best, and that’s all that matters :) Day 4: I woke up today seeing results! I can see a line forming on my stomach (I’ve done gabriella’s 5 min ab workout + 300 crunches every day) and my stomach is just overall really looking a lot flatter. Today I’m not as sore as yesterday either ^^ I will update when I’m done with today’s exercises. Alright I’m done with all workouts for today, and I was out shopping with a friend almost all day! So no excuses guys!! I believe you can workout too, no excuses!! Anyway, today was easier, my abs aren’t as sore as yesterday so that’s nice hahah :) Day 5: I did all of the workouts for today and I even did an extra workout. Also, today I wasn’t sore at all! And it was a lot easier today as well :) I’m currently cleaning up my diet and tomorrow I will go and purchase all the items I need. Day 6: Today was really hard for some reason, maybe because I did the workouts when I was hungry (bad idea ik) hahhah. Anyway, I finished all the workouts and today I wasn’t sore at all either :D Day 7: today was quite easy! Im getting a lot stronger and I got muscles :)) ill do a body check tomorrow or the morning after tomorrow and tell u my results after a week! Day 8: I didn’t workout this day because I was at an amusement park all day and got home around midnight, then I went straight to bed 😴😴 Day 9: almost done for today!! Done! I started at a thursday and its now friday so im doing results today (I was supposed to do them yesterday but didnt have time) so here they are!! Body check week 1: Weight: -1,6 kg/3.5 lbs Arms: L: -2,1 cm/ 0,8 inches || R: -1,6 cm/ 0,6 inches Legs: L: -3,1 cm/ 1,2 inches || R: -3 cm/ 1,18 inches Waist: -4,5 cm/ 1,8 inches Gut: -8 cm / 3,1 inches Hips: -4 cm / 1,6 inches Butt: +0,5 cm / 0.2 inches Im soooo happy with my results! I feel a lot stronger and I worked so hard and it paid off!! :) I’m really excited to see how much my body will change in 10ish weeks :D Also if you’re curious I did around 5-6 of these short (5-15 mins) workouts every day mainly by gabriella whited & koboko fitness! And 200-300 crunches every day before bed! Oops forgot to update! Day 10: Did everything, all soreness is gone Day 11: Done :) Day 12: Done! I’ve seen a big change in my arms and legs recently which I’m very happy about :)) I went to the gym today as well. 13: done 14: done I forgot to update but im gonna start updating every 2 week instead so cya in a week !! ok sooo end of week 3 Just a quick update bc I’m lazy :) so in total I’ve lost 2,7 kg and lost around 8 cm off my waist :D cya in 2 weeks again !! July 28th I’ve lost track of how long it’s been since I started.. maybe 5-6 weeks? But I got kind of off track after I went abroad, so I missed one week of working out and gained 3kg but lost it all again when I came home :) I kind of forgot about this comment since last I checked no one was really seeing it but now it has 140 likes and a bunch of comments!! You guys really motivated me to keep going, thank you soo much, it means a lot. From now on I’m doing pamela rf 10 min sixpack workout once or maybe twice a day + one of koboko fitness’ cardio workouts :) I used to be extremely self concious about my arms but definitely not as much anymore thanks to working out :)) I’ll also try to squeeze in gabriella’s 3 min arm workout here and there as well. I can’t tell you guys how much I’ve lost around my waist etc since I lost my measuring thingy 😂 rip. But overall I feel more confident. I BELIEVE YOU GUYS CAN DO THIS TOO!!! Day 1: did the pamela rf ab workout and I really liked it, it was all on the floor so it felt great for my lazy ass, but still very effective and left me sore the next day! I’ll do it three times tmrw Also in total I’ve lost around 4kg Day 6: did the ab workout twice and one cardio workout Day 7: I went to another city today to meet up with some friends so I couldn’t workout but I walked a loooot so it kinda made up for it :) Day 8: done! Day 9: completely forgot again... I should probably set a reminder or something Day 10: done :)! Day 15??? : forgot to update but I did workout So it’s now august 24 and I missed two weeks or something of working out :/ kind of lost my motivation but I’m starting again tomorrow. My goal for now is to do atleast one workout every day. But I’ll try to do all of the ones I’ve listed Day 29: lmao didnt start Day 30: fell asleep right after I got home from school Day 31: today I actually started! Did This workout and pamela reif sixpack workout Day 32: done! Day 33: today I did 20 min cardio and two 10 min ab workouts! I feel awesome! It was so fun I might have counted the days wrong but whatever hahha Day 33: dance 30-40 mins + 20 min ab workouts :) I finally got my motivation back day 34: I was planning on dancing for 40-60 mins today but I was in so much pain ghahaha so I ended up doing 20-30 mins and one 10 min ab workout. If the pain is better tomorrow I'll do one hour dancing and 20 min ab workouts :) Day 35: did around 40-50 mins of dancing and 20 mins abs, I was going to do an hour dancing but my knees hurt a lot ): Day 36: I only did 30 min cardio today and 8/10 minutes of one ab workout because I felt sick. But my legs have been looking a lot more slimmer, my stomach too :D yay Day 37: 30 min cardio 20 min abs Day 38: is anyone even reading this hahah? Anyways im taking a break today. I have to study. Edit (15/10-2019): so just a quick update, I did the 2 week shred challenge my chloe ting and I’m currently doing her plank challenge and adrian bryant’s workouts, I’m seeing super fast results with his workouts and on top of that my eating habits have become SO much better. If you’re struggling with food too, slowly make changes, or don’t, atleast workout and the healthy eating habits will come by itself :) I no longer crave unhealthy foods (well sometimes :p) but if I do I don’t restrict myself, I’m just mindful of how much I eat and make sure it’s within my daily calorie limit. ^ my stomach is the smallest it has been in a long time so thats great, starting to see some REAL definition! Anyway, I’m going to stop updating here since I keep forgetting or cba, but I’ll reply to any comments :) bye!

SOOOO, if you’re feeling the pain that means it’s working and you will get your gap for your thighs soon :)). another thing is, if your body is skinny but it’s not like as slim as you want it to be then this workout will still work too! that is how i am and i see results coming in already!!

I have seen results! I have been doing legs,arms,and abs. My thigh gap is there my abs are popping and my arms and so pretty and toned. Btw I eating a high carb low fat vegan diet so it's hard for my to gain fat so that might be why I see big results

i’ll do this everyday and update: day 1: wow this was hard. but it got me motivated day 2: easier but obviously no difference day 3: it’s getting pretty easy i can get through it and im proud day 4: noticing a difference there’s the line on my inner thigh like this muscle that looks great (not big manly muscles) day 5: it’s so easy to do wow day 6: i feel a little tired but great and my legs actually did change day 7 last: i took before and after pics and there really is a difference eat healthy and do this everyday repeat the vid and you’ll have it in no time

Zoya. Baeg, On the first day I did it, I only did it once then on the next day it looked little less fat than it usually is, my thighs were like around 60 cm, and I did this three times but it’s ok for doing it 2 or 1 time, but 3 is how I got my faster results, on the next day I saw my thigh gap coming because I saw a gap at the top of my thighs, and I did this for a the rest of the week, and my thighs looked so much slimmer and I got my thigh gap on the first day of next week, and I officially have gotten my thigh gap, but tbh I didn’t really go on a diet for this, I actually just ate some junk foods for snacks but mostly fruits and nuts (I recommend almonds the most but any nuts is fine) just not too much but meals healthy and lots and lots and LOTZ OF WATER!!! No sugary drinks at all, and that’s basically how I got my results, but if your thighs are like pretty big, it would take awhile, my thighs were pretty good before since I was athletic in soccer 😂😂😭😭😭‼️‼️

I’m going to come back once a week for a month to share my progress!! week one- I already had a gap on my upper thigh and my lower thigh. During this past week I have definitely noticed a change,the gaps are getting wider and my mid thighs is looking also starting to separate from one another. (I was also on my period so I only did this workout three times this week) week 2- a day late but my mom asked me if I was taking anything yesterday because of the fast results😳 So I guess that means that this workout definitely is working. I am also a vegetarian, I was born one so that could also be contributing to the results. week 3- soooo, after three weeks my things have gone down by three inches, I’m super happy with the results so far.

doing updates everyday so i can see my progress! day 1: *did before i’m writing this comment* my thighs burned!! didn’t see a difference obviously day 2: *did before writing comment* my thighs were burning again and it hurt even more because i was still sore from doing the workout the day before day 3: i did the workout twice because it became easier. noticed my thigh getting a liiiiiitttleee slimmer but not that much of a difference day 4: (done 2x) i’ve been doing this workout twice a day and i think it definitely makes a difference! my thighs are a little skinnier and i’m starting to notice my thigh gap a little more. also my legs in general have been feeling great ever since i started the workout day 5: i skipped today because i was so busy and i forgot but my legs have been looking the same from day 4 day 6: (done 4x) i did the workout four times since i forgot the last day and it’s definitely getting easier. my legs don’t look very different from the last couple of days but i am starting to notice them getting a bit thinner! day 7: (done 2x) so this is gonna be the last day of this specific workout and my legs have gotten a little thinner ever since i started, but they were already pretty thin from the start. as gabby said in the video, this is more of a toning workout rather than a full on fat burning workout so i wasn’t expecting much. overall, this is a good workout for those who just want to tone. good luck everyone!

I know no one cares but I’m gonna start doing theses workouts because I really want to get in shape. For 6 weeks during the summer holidays I always did 2-4 a day but then I started back at school and stopped so I haven’t done proper exercise for about a months and I kinda miss it because I did start to see a difference and my overall mood did get better so I’m gonna start exercising again because it did really work. Gabbi’s workouts were one of the only things that actually got me motivated so if you’re thinking about starting to do these, do the,. They really worked and it makes you feel great.

I wasn’t feeling the workout in my butt or inner thighs at all, only on my outer thighs......turns out I just wasn’t laying with my core high enough. Make sure you keep your core/ mid section high enough off the ground or you won’t feel it in the right areas!

I’m going to do all her 4 workouts from the mini series for 2 weeks every day . Day one ; I did them all and there was not really any change , but it was the first day so you can see why . Butttt I felt a lot less heavy and bloated . See y’all tmrow 🤪💫 Day two; so I wanted the best results so I’m going to start doing it twice a Day so 1x in morning and 1x at night as well as 200 crunches at night. Morning ; my butt looked a little rounder today :D My armpit fat reduced but my legs and stomach are still the same , but those are harder to tone so makes sense . I’ll update you tonight >:DDDD Day 3; I forgot to do the nite ahah . But I did all 4 workouts today and the 200 crunches and my abb area is so sore . My butt got rounder and thighs are starting to change a little .

Best thing is to replace the junk food with a healthier version. I love soda but I know both sugar and caffeine suck (I’ve been caffeine-free for almost four months now) so I get caffeine-free Diet Coke. It’s still not the best drink to have, but if I crave soda at least I know I’m not filling up on sugar or a stimulant. You can also make your own oven-baked ‘fried’ chicken at home, skinless and with none of the nasty grease you get from the kind at the drive thru. Ultimately just be creative.

So I've been doing this for around 3 weeks and I'm starting to see a big difference! I had really fat thighs and they're not really fat anymore! I think they're average now, I actually see a bit of a gap and my legs are pretty toned now! I'm not entirely sure if I will get a thigh gap though since my hips are quite small so I'm definitely going to try fixing that. I'll come back in a month or 2 if anybody wants an update.

Well, I've always been eating healthy, it's more like I just wasn't paying attention to my portions. Normally what I eat in a day are Breakfast: 1 egg and a big salad Lunch: an apple and A LOT of water Dinner: changes on the day, like sometimes I'll get fast food but for the most part I'll have rice, some form of meat and a salad. I've just been keeping in my caloric deficient. ( I think that's how you spell it- ;-;)

Doing this everyday 4x 🥺 Like to remind me to update u guys❤️ Height: 1,67m starting Weight: 57,3 kg (I’ll update after a week) day 1: Did it! My thighs are 58 cm but they look very very huge on me soo wish me luck lol! ---------------------- day 2: just finished doing it, it was way easier than yesterday 😴 ---------------------- day 3: soo i did it and i swear my thighs look a lot skinnier to me! i’m definitely gonna keep going! ---------------------- day 4: guys i’m lacking on motivation i barely got myself to do it today but i did it anyways lol so it was pretty painful still but it’s getting better tbh IM LITERALLY SEEING A SMALL GAP YALLLL ---------------------- day 5: yallll i did it but listen omg when i lay down w my legs up they don’t touch anymore uwu ---------------------- day 6: ALL THIS PROGRESS HAS ME SO MOTIVATED SO I DID IT 5x TODAY LOL ALSO TOMORROW ITS BEEN A WEEK SINCE I STARTED DOING THIS AND IT MEANS WE GON MEASURE MY THIGHS AAAH ---------------------- day 7: i did the workout today and measured my thighs afterwards, they’re now between 54 and 55 cm and it’s only been a week! I’m gonna keep doing this and update you guys :)

oh wow marina these are such good results! i'm 1,68 cm and my thighs are 58cm too so i'll do the same thing you do. hopefuly i'll get good results :)

Im doing this+ heres the updates 1st day was so hard especially the circles But did it! 2nd day my legs are sore but still did it! 1 like one update💕 Edit: 3rd day its not that hard anymore and i can feel my thighs are now hard and not fluffy as before Day 4: did this and it was super easy and i also did 200 crunches and i lost one inch from my thighs and i did it again before i went to sleep oh my god i forgot about updating but i still kept doing it and i assure you guys this really worked i know have a thigh gap along with another thigh gap excercise of Gabi 1 like one update

I am trying to lose weight on my thighs and get a thigh gap. I will update on my progress... Day 1: Didn’t hurt too bad, ached a little Day 2: DEFINITELY felt the burn Day 3: Noticed a very slight change Day 4: no difference Day 5: slight difference Day 6: found it much easier than before Day 7: can definitely see a difference in my thighs. Day 8: workout was relatively easy, not much difference

hey! I’ve done this for a week straight, once a day combined w 3-4 other workouts (arms, butt, abs, etc.) I eat pretty clean & consume a ton of protein. my thighs were pretty big before w lots of extra fat and they kinda clapped together lol. now, they’re much more toned & I have a lil gap when I stand :) hope this helps for everyone asking if it works.

I'm astaetic instead of eating 3 big meals a day, i started eating small portions throughout the day bc it boosts ur metabolism. i also eat mostly plant-based so i eat a lot of fruits & vegetables. i cut out a lot of junk food & sugary drinks & if i had cravings i try to eat dark chocolate but i have some cheat days. i started eating rx bars, humus, or peanut butter bc it gives u protein without eating meat. i hope that helps :)

I’ve been doing this for a week to try and get my legs to be stronger for dancing because it really fricking hard. And I’ve noticed a lot of change, I have a small thigh gap now and I’ve been getting a lot of compliments from my dance instructor

I have been doing this workout for about a month and my legs look AMAZING!!! I don’t know how Gabriella has made workouts this effective but lemme tell you they are definitely worth it!!!

My legs are already pretty thin and I have a thigh gap but I just want a little more of a toned look and this totally helped. Btw I only did this for 2 days because like I said I’ve already got one. If you want a thigh gap this will probably take you 1 and a half weeks! Keep doing what y’all doing! Follow your dreams!

Even for people with really thick thighs like mine? The very top of my thighs dont touch and my calves dont either, just the middle of my thighs do... will it still work in 1 and a half weeks or will it take longer?

I’ve been doing every workout everyday after dinner around 6-7 pm and it’s been around a week and a half I’ve lost 6 pounds ... I know it’s not a lot but take note it’s only been a week and a half and im going to do this until summer so is I already lost 6 image how much I will lose In the future I love these mini workout they have helped me a lot ... ily keep up the good work gabi

Right so, i’m gonna try and do all 4 workouts for at least 30 days. I hope to see some progress, i’m not too bothered about appearance but i want to see myself getting fitter, so after a month I can do these exercises more easily. I found them hard today- i had to pause many times in each video. I found the waist workout the hardest and couldn’t even do some of the exercises:( i hope this is the beginning of a fitter future for me, i’ve been watching videos like this for about 2 years and i’m now finally doing something about it and actually doing them. wish me luck and motivation for the next month (hopefully i can do it longer than that!)

HI IM GONNA DO THIS SORRY IF I DONT UPDATE JUST COMMENT IF IM NOT UPDATING SO: dayuno: i just died with my left leg at the circles and the fire hydrant i dont feel much and yeah the right leg aswell but less pAin day 2: did it!! i feel a bit of pain in my left leg but right is all good now :) day3 : i died it hurts so much ohgad- day4: skipped i was tired day5:i sEE A THIGHGAP day6: my lEGS ARE BEAUTIFUL

i’ve been doing all 4 workouts for the past 3 days and i have gone down .5 of and inch on my waist, thighs, and arms. i have grow 1 inch on my booty. thank you so much for this workout! it really works
