I’m 15 and I’ve always been into soccer but my school just got a wrestling team so I joined for the winter. I never really wanted to watch soccer to learn from it but with wrestling, immediately I wanted to learn more of this and watch more of it.

@@abigailsswitch654 you should eat so you have fuel and protein because your body needs protein for energy
@denali94553 жыл бұрын
What I do is 2000kcal 4 weeks before tourney then cut overall calorie consumption by 100kcal per week, My mantainance is 3200kcal though so base the numbers off of your metabolic rate, also even on deep cuts go for 100g of protein per day

You should make a video of how to stay motivated during wrestling season even if you keep losing

Just stay positive, look forward to practice, and most importantly...practice! Also, if your teammates make fun of you and get mad at you for losing, they are bad teammates. They should motivate and help you win the next match.

Is it bad to remember moves by muscle memory but not remember the names of them?
@isaacgomez696 жыл бұрын
not at all. that's basically what I do. You can see me miss name moves all the time in my reaction videos but I can hit em clean af in a match . (sometimes)
@gracie9506 жыл бұрын
I can remember a move if I watch someone just start it or whatever, but I really barely imo any names except for a few.
@smeargleos45943 жыл бұрын
A lot of moves dont have names, some are modified moves with no names.

You should do a video on how to get out from under a pin because I just lost all 5 of my matches at my 1st tournament because I got pinned (I had only been wrestling for 3 weeks and was like fucking around the whole time and really only practiced hard and wrestled hard the 2 days before our tournament and I was the only heavyweight they took so that fucking sucked)but yeah can u make a video on who to get out from under a pin [ps I’m a girl weighing in at 228] *and you’ve made me want to go to jrob

Hey do you have any tips for girls in wrestling (highschool) it would be so super appreciated. Thank you!
@austinwilliams77394 жыл бұрын
Norah Larson I do ride legs because girls have bigger hips than guys and girls that are tight leg riders are difficult and when coaches say be aggressive because guys are stronger it does not mean walk straight through them because you get doubled every time it just means get them moving and confused and on their toes so you can get past their defense before they react and get used to technique, don’t make excuses either because I’ve met a girl at a club I was in and she beat me about 25% of the time because she didn’t think she was hendered due to gender
