How to get blue smoke when BBQing

Great video. This helps a lot. I tried adding a piece of mesquite to my firebox, and it made a lot of smoke. This is a great way to add wood without smoke or a temperature spike.

@@genarogamez8494 yes it is, makes it so much easier and you can use less wood then having a separate fire going as well. I’m glad this was able to help you out!
