10/10!!! As a vegan I typically cringe when a traditional fitness influencer does a vegan-themed video. Not only did you include some great recipes and show it’s easy to hit protein macros on a vegan diet, but you were knowledgeable on the subject. You made sure to include B12 in the nutritional yeast segment and mention that you subbed out honey! You’re wrap-up message was outstanding too! Honestly I’m blown-away! Pro-tip: par boil or steam tempeh for a few minutes before seasoning and doing the final cook. This eliminates much of the slight bitterness.

@EatRawmeat A reminder that ANY diet done wrong is unhealthy. It will always come down to the quality of the food you eat and how much you eat of it. Basics of nutrition. A vegan can live off of Oreos and processed foods, or a vegan can live off of loads of nutrients and vegetables and grains and fruits. An omnivore can live off of mcdonalds and Oreos, or they can live off of a plentiful diet of meats, grains, vegetables, dairy, etc. there is a healthy way to navigate almost every diet. See Will this is exactly the reason I watch you/subscribe. Always funny/quality content, honest down to earth likeable guy that I can watch for hours, amazing recipes that helps tons of people and the best thing of all don't have to listen to annoying shouts like doucette or rap coolguy wannabee remington when you are around! Keep up the good work

This the first video from this channel I have ever watched and I honestly checked if it was playing at normal speed ; ) However once Will got over his coffee buzz this video gave me so many smiles. Intelligent and informed comments on Veganism, great recipes and I'm really impressed how he showed his workout. I really feel like someone (me even) would be able to recreate the moves. Keep it up!

Hi will, I'm a 16 year old vegetarian and I decided to get in shape about a month ago. Your videos are hilarious and the tips really help as well. Any recommendation on the frequency of workouts I should follow?

Do at least 3 workouts a week of at least 40 min of exercise. Don’t over do it and go all in, the whole goal is to enjoy the process, enjoy the endorphins after and don’t expect results overnight. Good luck my man, it’s life changing if you can stick to it

Honestly dude thank you so much for this video. It's taken me 3 years to really get in a groove with a high-protein vegan diet, but this video will truly help so many others get into that groove even faster. The key here is you really put effort into the seasonings and marinades. You can make vegan food taste unreal if you give it the right care and effort. Whole Foods has a high protein tofu that has 75g in a block, great move. Seitan is also a great source with some mock chickens having up to 100g protein in a package. Anyway... nicely done this was an awesome sunday suprise

Ahhh kichuri is a staple in Bangladeshi cuisine (or at least in my house)!!! So impressed that you include foods from other countries even if you say it's not traditional, you made it perfectly! You really can't go wrong cooking kichuri, you can put any veggies in it as well!
