I've been watching all your videos over and over again. And, let me say, I rarely ever comment on anyone's videos. But, I want to let you know that your videos inspire and motivate me into working out and stretching out more. As well as, push my limits and boundaries to do what I want. I, especially, like your recent videos, sharing more of your week, as well as, how you struggle, as well, to achieve your goals, which, helps me and probably everyone relate to you more than ever. Thank you for making such great contents and for inspiring me. Thank you!

5 years ago I did rhythmic gymnastics for 2 years. We stretched for splits and practiced other moves. A year after I stopped, I continued to stretch on my own, but I wasn't using any instruction. Just what I had learned from class. After lots of stretching and pain and not seeing any progress, I stopped stretching altogether. It's been two years, and now here I am. This is my fourth day in a row doing Alivia's leg, hip, and back stretching videos. I haven't made much progress, but I'm not giving up. I have wanted to get my splits since forever ago, but only recently I have found the diligence to actually do it. Thank you so much Alivia!

I did this early today, and I just wanted to say that this helped me so much! At the very end, I was just about to come out of my middle splits because I could feel the pain. But your motivation helped me be determined to carry on. I feel so much more confident in my middle splits now. Thank you Alivia😊💗

P.S. I just want to say, of course what I mean by feel amazing is, I don't want to lie I mean it will hurt like hell lol 😄, but like you said and I will do my best to live by this, ( pain is just weakness leaving your body. leaving your mind). and you were right, sometimes I can hear a little devil whisper in my ear, ( just give up. you know it hurts and you can't take the pain) but I refuse to listen, and I've been teaching myself how to endure and keep going ever since. I sincerely have you to thank for that 💖.

You should NOT be experiencing pain while learning to do the splits! Listen to your body. You could seriously injure yourself or someone else with this advice. Have patience instead of needing instant gratification. Comparing yourself to others doesn't do any good, either.

Through this video, I was able to kick higher and more powerful. BTW I watch your workout vids. At first, I was 55 kg. But after one month of working out( using your videos), I was able to weigh 40kg! Thanks again alivia!

I know this has been a long time ago and you don't dance as much anymore I think, but I'm starting this, and then other videos you did. I thought I was flexible for it to not hurt as much, but I was wrong. The pain seemed unbearable and all I wanted to do was stop and give my body peace. But the way you were coaching and what you were saying made me think that I wasn't the only one in pain, and If so many other people can do it, so can I. I only just started dancing and I am 14 years old, too late to start, but not too late to give up. Thank you Alicia for all you have done, to help me and to give me hope. Love, Jada

I asked afew weeks back for a hip flexibility video, now that I found this video forget it lol. I've improved alot with your other videos. but I should see even more results with this one. this is just what I've been looking for. so I will do this right now and I just know I will feel amazing afterwards. when I stretch with you I always do. I don't have Instagram 😥, but I will tell what my results are soon. so I'll give this a go and I look forward to how I will feel after it. it's always a pleasure working with you, even when I have bad days. you always make me feel better and I wish the same for you everyday of your life.😘.
