Can you please talk about how to fully take advantage of a Grad school Assistantship position in regards to potentially working with the Professor on a paper/ project etc . I work as a graduate assistant in a research center and my duties are mostly administrative-based like organizing student publications into folders, writing down general student info. Sometimes I help professors at the center with minor tasks like checking citations and through that I have met some really cool professors doing amazing work. The problem is that I get so nervous to talk to them about their research. I am so scared of authority figures that at times I may come off weird/ terrified. How do you go about these things? How can I take full advantage of this opportunity I have?
@annondemand66073 жыл бұрын
Oh I know exactly how you feel. I have been there. The first step is to identify one of the professors you feel the most comfortable talking to and start there. Just remember that professors are also human and you shouldn't put them on a pedestal you cannot climb.

And I also applied to Florida State University MPH. I have not paid application fee($30). I waiting for you to review my SOP. Other documents are ready. I applied for Spring 2022.
@christopherigbokwe48483 жыл бұрын
Most of the schools are to be applied via SOPHA. And application fee via SOPHA is $140. Hmm, u know dollar and Naira De fight now. So I check schools that I can apply direct. And your school doesn't offer Spring admission.
